• Led a team of 20+ for a Central Govt. Project worth Rs. 300.00 Lakh, in Bordikarai Irrigation Scheme covering two districts of Assam
• Achieved completion of Dimoria Irrigation Project of size 500 Ha. NIA, 3 months before time, by application of CPM with sub-contractors
• Supervised Re-modelling Project worth Rs. 600.00 Lakh for Chief Engineer’s Office Building, as Lead Engineer, with 30+ contractors
• Averted Flood Damage Losses of Rs. 300.00 Lakh at Noanadi Catchment area through pre-emptive measures, protection works and de-silting

Operations & Contract Management:

• Led 30+ staff & contractors for Maintenance & Repairs of 7 Irrigation Schemes in Darrang, Assam for Irrigation potential and flood mitigation.
• Oversaw simultaneous operations of 27 Lift Irrigation Points and 150+ Tubewell Schemes in Kalaigaon and Kamrup, Assam
• Assisted in E-Tendering Process for 11 Govt. Projects of Construction and Supply, worth Rs. 5000.00 Lakh across 7 districts of Assam
• Presided over Election processes in 2 polling centres of population over 1000 in each during General and Legislative Assembly Elections

• Taught 200+ students across 3 batches; conducted Final Semester Viva Examinations required for awarding of B.E. Degrees
• Supervised 3 Graduate Level Dissertations for 15 B.E. Students
