  • Conducted detailed study to evaluate claims process effectiveness of CGHS scheme worth INR 350 Cr across 10 centers in Maharashtra
  • Identified gaps using data analytics leading to the recovery of INR 30 Cr and recommended 10+ solutions to improve KPIs presented to President’s office

      Project 2: Digitization and Compliance of Direct Benefit Transfer process

  • Assessed DBT process across 50+ schemes in 20+ Ministries to analyze gaps 
  • Proposed solutions to enhance adoption and accuracy of DBT through data integration, centralized redressal system, SOPs, and change management

Digital and Process Transformation Initiatives:

  • Digitalized end-to-end audit process through the implementation of workflow tool OIOS enhancing process efficiency by 30%. Led tool design and implementation and facilitated trainings in collaboration with vendor
  • Formulated audit planning strategy by introducing a risk assessment model to prioritize audits of high-risk departments through data analytics which was presented at the National Conference and adopted across multiple states
  • Conceptualized and designed interactive dashboards using Tableau through the collation of finance and appropriation account information across departments providing valuable insights on the state budget and its utilization
  • Initiated multiple continuous improvement projects such as enhanced quality assurance through maker-checker, remote auditing
