  • Worked as primary contact for North America clients account (performance Monitoring) representing approximately 20% of Infrastructure monitoring business of the company.
  • Closely worked with Service Delivery Leads and clients to understand the customer experience, identifying and filling product gaps by introducing newer feature/tools to grow our business.
  • Facilitated smooth onboarding of new hires to the team by coaching them on project requirements and team dynamics. Trained many Client's employees on our tools for capacity planning.
  • Worked on high visibility Cyber Hygiene project for my company after a ransomware attack in July 2020. Analyzed hundreds of GitHub repositories finding vulnerabilities and fixing them to avoid future cyber-attacks.
  • Persuaded multiple clients to opt for Server virtualization resulting in almost 80% drop in outages. This significantly saved cost for the Client and DXC.
  • Introduced feature called netflow monitoring to our customers.This lead to better monitoring(more granular monitoring) and significantly increased our earnings.
  • Worked on oncall support for all my tenure, it provided great learning.You have to work in time crunch, show leadership, co-ordinate with multiple stakeholders such as Vendor, CDMs, Data Center team and communicate things properly.
