• Responsible for e-Tendering process of various government organisations across Ranchi and Bihar region
• Upgraded and revamped the entire e-tender submission activities, reducing order finalization time from 6 months to as less as 45 days in 2013

• Responsible for Design & Development and Engineering Changes of parts under Defence Truck Transmission Development Projects
• Successful execution of a confidential reverse engineering project under Ministry of Defence at BEML in 2012

GET, Jindal Steel & Power Limited

• Responsible for Project Management including planning & scheduling of Project activities, technical assistance to contractors and apprising the status to top management in monthly/ weekly review meetings
• Identified and resolved a major bottleneck in logistics of materials and tripled the rate of transfer of packages per day
