  • Developed supply chain strategy for inbound dry fly ash and led a cross-functional team of 5+contractors,10+ vendors, and 5+regional suppliers for installation and operation of fly ash bulker unloading system.
  • Led a project of modification of slag flow equipment’s resulted in a benefit of INR 1,44 Million per annum.
  • Served as Maintenance manager of 1.2 -Million-Ton clinker grinding department and increased the mean time between failure of clinker mill from 100 Hrs to 425 Hrs.
  • Reduced the mechanical spare inventory from 24 crores to 16 crores by rigorous ABC analysis and joining hands with sister works.
  • Ramp up the cement production after commissioning from 4000 TPD to 5000 TPD in 4 Months by rigorous process modification and root cause failure analysis.
  • Managed cross-functional team of 12 project professionals to facilitate Dry & Hot commissioning of Loesche Mill 56+3C/S and its auxiliaries’ equipment. 
  • Managed 5+ site contractors and 14+ vendors for timely installation of equipment at the Sindri expansion project.
  • Led a team of 5 project professionals and coordinated with multiple project execution teams handling different areas for fabrication and erection of 4000 Metric ton steel structure at Sindri cement expansion project.
  • Led a team of 5 members for planning, scoping, scheduling of 1.2Million ton clinker grinding project
