Production support:

• Successfully resolved multiple daily technical glitches within a high-pressure live production environment, accounting for up to 10% of day-to-day incoming issues.
• Instrumental in contributing to a monthly revenue increase of Rs. 2.5 lakh through the consistent identification and resolution of technical glitches, averaging 2-3 cases per day. 

      Software Sales:

• Engaged with 30+ PACS in West Bengal, conducting up to 5 repeat visits to grasp customer needs and facilitate tailored product sales.
• Sold 5 PACS solutions to the respective cooperative credit society in more than five districts out of 30 visits to the PACS.

• Solved two or three technical glitches daily out of daily incoming problems of twenty or thirty in the live production environment in our team.
• Helped our company gain Rs. Two lakh fifty thousand per month through solving technical glitches up to two to three or more daily problems.
• Analysed technical problems through daily interaction with stakeholders, including clients and my colleagues from other teams, and gave solutions.
