• Represented previous organization as the official liaison for 12 months for an INR 4800 Cr+ PMAY (U) EPC project in Andhra Pradesh

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

PROCUREMENT COORDINATION

• Implemented SAP Process at the Plant level in line with project requirements, ensuring inventory management of critical materials
• Pursued approval of various value engineering proposals for high-value work packages in an INR 600 Cr. Central Govt. EPC project
• Ensured that deviation approvals related to product substitution & cost savings of INR 4 Cr were concluded within the schedule 

DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION

• Coordinated the pilot implementation for the Building Information Modelling (BIM) process for a Central Government project
• Implemented procurement process for BIM agency selection in line with Contractual specifications and international best practices
• Developed BIM Execution plan and gained approval from the client and end-user for deviations arising from incorrect specifications
• Managed the information flow for BIM deliverables between subcontractors & client agencies through a Common Data Environment
• Avoided rework cost of approximately INR 50 Lakhs by formalizing processes for clash detection between different building systems

• Coordinated division-wide implementation of corporate strategy mandates for Lean Construction and Kaizen initiatives
