  • Implemented SAP in CGD GA, facilitating the digital transformation of processes, saving more than 12 lac (annually) of man hours.
  • Procured equipment and services at GA level, saved more than 4 months of project delay which may lead to a PNGRB penalty of 88 lacs.

  • Developed the CGD Sales Model which helped in converting 6 new Industrial customers by accurately calculating ROI and IRR for customers.

  • Achieved 140% of MOPNG target and saved penalty of 40 lakhs in CNG ROs and 38 lakhs in PNG targets by leading a team of 4 members.
