  • Led the development of digital procurement interface in SAP Ariba from the global procurement team to optimize E2E value chain cost
  • Successfully led € 100Mn (INR 8 Billion) commodity spend comprising Low/Medium Voltage cables and control panels while managed 30+ global vendors and thereby architected resilient supply chain spanning 4 continents that ensured seamless flow of goods

  • Significantly improved the forecast accuracy from 40% to 65% for spare parts by integrating data from SAP system of customer and TAFE
  • Set the benchmark for On-Time-Delivery metric – 98% - by collaborating cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders
  •  Developed a robust supplier on-boarding process to ensure the technical & commercial viabilities in delivering the products within stipulated timelines and agile environment meeting the right first time requirements
  • Successfully built additional capacity for highly fluctuating volume commodities through alternate sourcing
