  • Led a multicultural and diverse team of 100 including Assistant Managers, Engineers, Supervisors, Technicians, and Operators in a 2000-crore metro project.
  • Planned, procured, established delivery schedules, forecasted, and managed inventory for machinery spares, electrical fittings, and cables. Hands-on experience of ERP in Supply Chain Management and Asset Management module.
  • Handled digital transformation at project sites through implementing the Internet of Things in all the machinery for GPS tracking, diesel usage, diesel theft monitoring, monitoring engine, and dashboard parameters.
