  • Formed and led a multicultural and diverse team of 100+ including Assistant Managers, Engineers, Supervisors, Technicians, and Operators in each project.

Technology and Digital Transformation

Strategic Initiatives and Value Engineering

  • Piloted diesel cost optimization through concept-to-commission of two 66/11KV substations with 2X12 MW capacity resulting in cost savings of ? 300 Cr.
  • Realized savings of ?25 lakhs/month by pioneering the pilot of power trading from India Energy Exchange through the open access system for reliable power supply in the underground metro project of Namma Metro.

  • Formulated and implemented standard operating procedures (SOPs), safe work methods, hazard identification & risk assessment (HIRA) system, & Zero harm vision.
  • Developed strategic asset management plan and asset management procedures for ISO 55001:2014 certification. Complied with ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System), ISO 14001:2015 (Environment Management System), and ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health & Safety Management System) for project audits.
